International Site Manager Shopfitting (m/f)

Responsibilities

Realization of general contracting works, shop fitting and
refurbishment projects worldwide

Monitoring, planning and supervising site works

Liaison with clients, architects and commercial
representatives

Ensuring final completion on time, to the clients
expectations and to budget

Supervision of all direct and sub-contract staff

Health and Safety management

Making sure project complies with current legislations

Experience / Skills

A minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in site
management and refurbishment

Additional experiences in shop fitting projects are an
advantage

Effective and professional communication with clients

German language skills are advantageous
